Welcome to Ibstock Farm. My wife Pat and I have been rearing turkeys for over 25 years and have been giving the families of Suffolk Turkeys and Chickens for Christmas every year. Our turkeys have been reared in the traditional way having access to grass and are slowly matured on the farm to attain a premium Christmas flavour. Every stage of their journey is ethically and humanely handled here at the farm. Each turkey is individually prepared for over two weeks with quality techniques to ensure the ultimate flavour and texture. Every turkey will be oven ready and are prepared to your specification.
